At Once Upon A Nature, we are devoted to creating pure, thoughtfully crafted hair and beauty essentials inspired by nature. Every product is prepared with care, quality ingredients, and strict standards.
If, for any reason, your experience does not meet our standards, we are here to assist you with professionalism and fairness.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty and hair care products, we maintain strict return guidelines to protect the safety and integrity of all our customers.
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.

You received an incorrect item.

The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

Clear photographs of the product

Photographs of the outer packaging
Our team will carefully review your request and respond promptly with a suitable resolution.
Replacements & Refunds
Once your claim is approved:

A replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
For prepaid orders, refunds are made to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer upon receipt of valid account details.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain product hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events

Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or external factors

Change-of-mind purchases after dispatch
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Once Upon A Nature will bear the shipping cost.
In other situations, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
A Note on Natural Variations
As our products are formulated using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur. These variations do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.
